Rafa is a dedicated football professional who has progressed through the ranks from academy football and lower divisions in Spain and Norway, taking on roles such as coach, physical coach, and analyst. His journey led him to professional football in Sweden, where he has served as a performance coach and analyst at Östersunds FK, assistant manager at Hammarby, and head coach at Linköping FC. With an academic background in engineering, Rafa brings an analytical mindset, structured thinking, and a strong problem-solving approach to his work. He is committed to delivering his best in every task and helping players and colleagues unlock their full potential. Driven by a constant curiosity and passion for learning, Rafa stays up to date with all facets of the game — from tactics and leadership to psychology.
