One team. One identity. And this season, a shirt of their own.
For the first time, Essevee Women has a shirt with a completely unique design, separate from the men’s team kit. A design created not only for the players, but above all with them.
A design of their own
For the development of the new away shirt, input was gathered from the Essevee Women players last season. During several conversations, they shared their preferences regarding colours, fits and designs.
Their input formed the basis for a shirt featuring a light pink base combined with dark green, a colour that has featured more regularly in our away kits. The combination brings strength and softness together, reflecting the values and character of women’s football. The outfit is completed with dark green shorts and light pink socks.

Flowers with meaning
The design incorporates several flowers, each with its own meaning. Jasmine and alstroemeria symbolise friendship, the violet represents trust, while the gladiolus stands for strength, victory and pride.
For the first time, Essevee Women has a shirt with a completely unique design, separate from the men’s team kit.
The girls from the Essevee Academy were involved in bringing these flowers to life. Their drawings were incorporated into the final design, meaning the shirt tells not only the story of the current Essevee Women players, but also that of the next generations of Essevee Women.

By women, for women
Both within Essevee’s commercial and sporting teams and at our kit partner Patrick, the design was developed entirely by women. From the input of our players and the drawings by the Academy girls to the final development of the shirt: by women, for women runs through every aspect of the design.
The combination brings strength and softness together, reflecting the values and character of women’s football.
Alongside the design, great attention was also paid to the quality of the shirt. It features a ribbed collar and ribbed sleeve cuffs, a breathable back panel and a silicone Essevee badge.
